Our recent excellent CQC report offers reassurance that we’re a safe, well led, responsive and caring patient transport service although we haven’t rested on our laurels since it was published in April 2018. We’ve developed our Patient Transport Services in response to growing demand for us to provide support to NHS Ambulance Trusts, other Independent Ambulance Service with NHS contracts and hospitals across a wide geographical area from Yorkshire in the North to Bournemouth in the South; and from Stafford in the West to the East Coast.

Our 2017 acquisition of Human Touch has also enabled a partnership of two very respected brands; each bringing their own recognised and renowned qualities including unsurpassed patient care, outstanding customer service, a "can-do, will-do" attitude, and a flexibility to providing patient transport services that often leaves our customers pleasantly astonished.

Welcoming new opportunities for low to mid value contracts and to support 'Winter Pressures'; we currently have a small PTS team of 45 staff, all trained to exacting standards and served by a fleet of 20 PTS Ambulances (although our SEN fleet of 60 vehicles can provide back-up where required); our ambitions are realistic and for sustained growth.
